All members are able to complement their Small Group Personal Training sessions with our Fitness Classes to maximise results.

Mixed Modal

Our Mixed Modal class is circuit-style-based training. Expect ‘EMOM’s’, ‘AMRAP’s’, ‘Rounds For Time’ and more. This class is designed to improve your general physical preparedness and develop your aerobic conditioning. Expect to get a good sweat and pump on as this class incorporates all pieces of equipment in the gym, whilst performing short, high intensity efforts.

Flow

Our Flow class will break up the training week with some longer, slower, conversational-paced conditioning. This class is perfect for those who may not have the confidence or ability to participate in one of our more high-intensity classes like Mixed Modal or Team. Flow is designed to develop your aerobic base, promoting recovery and overall health & well-being. We will be including plenty of mobility work, moving slowly and purposely, to improve range of motion and flexibility.

Team

Our Team class is the toughest, but most rewarding class of the week. You will be in small teams of 2-4 with various team-style workouts to complete. This class is perfect for those who are looking to compete in fitness competitions such as Turf Games. These workouts are often very simple on paper but designed to test your physical and mental strength.

Team Capacity

Our Team Capacity class is a mixture of our Capacity and Team classes. Interval-style training developing your aerobic conditioning within a small team, no larger than 4. This class incorporates a mixture of bodyweight exercises, conditioning equipment, and team work to improve your overall conditioning and mental resilience.

Capacity

Our Capacity class is interval-style training developing your aerobic conditioning through various timed efforts. We use RPE (rate of perceived exertion/how hard to work) throughout so that each individual is working at their own pace, using a range of conditioning equipment.

Hyrox

Our Hyrox class is designed to improve your skills and conditioning to get you Hyrox-ready. Expect some longer steadier efforts, as well as shorter higher intensity pieces, aimed to challenge your endurance, coordination, and both your physical and mental strength. Even if you have no interest in completing a Hyrox, you are more than welcome to attend this class.
